The fee for our detailed initial consultation, which lasts for approximately one and a half hours, is £50. The aim is to help you decide whether therapy is the right option for you.
Ongoing sessions last for 60 minutes. We'll discuss a fee that takes into account your financial circumstances, whilst contributing to the realistic cost of the service I provide. This is currently in the range £35 - £50.
I offer different levels of ongoing support ranging from short-term counselling focused on specific issues to longer term psychotherapy that helps to make sense of feelings and behaviour.
